We have stated this a few times before, but I want to put it out there again...
Several of the recent issues we've had reported by customers seem to be the result of a a Wi-Fi backup file being applied to a RedEye Pro. The databases for the two devices are incompatible, and the result will be a Pro where 90% of the functionality doesn't work. Please keep this in mind to avoid this issue.
If you do make this mistake, you should be able to perform a factory reset on the Pro using the browser application and start over. Alternatively, you could send us (email@example.com) a copy of the backup file made from the Pro via the browser application, and we can correct the data.
