I am having a problem with the channel guide for 33033 Comcast (Homestead / Redlands) Digital. Although I do not believe the guide to be the issue as I have tried several guides in different areas and different zip codes with the same results.
It is displaying "Schedule loading..."
Refreshing data and changing providers make no difference.
Scrolling up and down make no difference, not one channel has loaded programming data.
Restarting my devices, power off/on makes no difference.
I have two iPads and two iPhones running the latest OS with the most recent Redeye update. The issue is the same with all four devices. I am loading over wifi and I have a 105 MB/s service that delivers between 85-116 MB/s download speeds.
Connecting directly to Zap2It on my PC, iPhone or iPad the guide loads instantly. I understand that the Redeye App gets this information through your servers so I am wondering if the problem is in your servers?
This is the first time this has happened where is has not resolved itself in a 24 Hrs period.
