As mentioned in the release notes, we've provided a number of options to customize the look of the buttons in this release. If you go to the main setup page in the iOS app, you can select button color, button style, and wallpaper. These values will apply to all activities on that one client device. You can make other client devices look the same or different as you like.
Please try deleting the App and re-installing. It is likely that because of some caching issues you are not seeing those images, but re-installing the App has fixed this for every customer who has experienced this.
Please reboot your RedEye and reboot your iOS device. If any Activity buttons are not working, please double check the command they are using in Layout Activity Buttons. We have not had any reports of this thus far.
Trashing the RedEye wasn't going to be our next suggestion. If you have a backup of your configuration created prior to the update, you can apply that through the browser application maintenance page. If not, please use the browser application to create a backup of your configuration now and email that to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a reference to this thread.
I also had problems with my costumized icons. They didn't show on the iPad App after the update. Actually I'm not sure if I tried to reboot the Redeye, but the web interface showed the icons ok. At the moment I'm just learning the Redeye to know, so I'm not that far with all the programming. I renamed all the icons and changed the value in the custom variables. I hope that it can do with a reboot in the future updates.
I'm very happy, that you have included the TV guide for the Danish channel set. Thank you very much.
The images are cached locally in the iOS app but loaded every time in the browser app. This is likely an issue with the cached data in the iOS app. To resolve the images not showing up properly after an update, just re-installing the iOS app should solve the problem.
